I miss you walking on your treadmill! Does not cause motion sickness lol please inspire us again, those who work from home to keep using our desk treadmills while working!

    • @BusyLizzy_ says:

I looked up ‘stationary treadmill’ but didn’t see anything… I wish he’d show us what he means by that! Also, I agree, it was great to see the motion during the talks. It even made me get up and do things while I was listening!

    • @donnaw1835 says:

I think he received several complaints from people who did get motion sickness while watching him bob up and down on his treadmill.

  • @laaneychoonz1330 says:

  • @KJSvitko says:

Daily exercise is key to as healthy life. Ride a bicycleto school, work or for fun.
Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling.
Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly.

03:53 ☕ 🚨⚠️Decaffeinated coffee toxicity ALERT 🚨⚠️ Check for recent news discussing decaf made using the toxic chemical Methylene chloride, a colorless liquid that’s used in certain industrial processes, “including paint stripping, pharmaceutical manufacturing, paint remover manufacturing, and metal cleaning and degreasing,” according to the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Articles about it were recently headlines on major news sites… 📰

  • @lilo4784 says:

Dr Greger’s response to the first question regarding sleep made my day… .and I have a fairly long day due to insomnia.

  • @dmb0202 says:

In Arabia, the word hummus means chickpea. Whereas in other languages hummus is a dip made of chickpeas. Thus the confusion in one of the questions

  • @Marathon5151 says:

I find the earlier I finish eating and the healthier it is, the better sleep I get. I ate poorly on Sunday and stopped eating around 7 pm. Got eight hours of sleep, but not much deep sleep according to Apple Watch. On Monday, ate very well and stopped eating at 2:30 pm. Got six hours of sleep and 1.5 hours was deep sleep and woke up without an alarm.

  • @Hanna-vq6sb says:

About the new study about risks of xylitol: the amounts consumed in the study were huge compared to the amount you get from a few xylitol chewing gums daily, and xylitol has in several studies been shown to protect teeth when chewn right after meal.

  • @ginnydoane4570 says:

Dear Dr Gregor, Get back on your treadmill. This is ridiculous. People don’t have to watch you. They can just listen. You are modeling good health. Love you. My life is so much better because of you.
