So true

I follow a women who posts “what I eat in a day” often. She states that shes healing her relationship with food fighting an eating disorder. She is a big woman and gets the negative comments just as you say here. She eats mostly healthy meals. People are so rude to her. 😢 There’s definitely a double standard.
sierra ann?
@@Winterliebende, that’s right! People get nasty to her. 😢
She’s one of my faves. I hate that people are mean, but she gets a lot of love too!
I bet he just came from beast games cuz he’s got the suit
I never watch “what i eat in a day” videos, even from creators I like.
Spot on!
So glad you address this
I love that Abbey calls out the double standards, judgement and prejudice that is pushed out into society. It’s so true how even a slightly perceived ‘sinful’ item of food’ is immediately pounced upon for criticism. I currently carry too much weight. People assume I don’t eat vegetables (I eat lots every day) they assume I have high BP, blood sugar and and cholesterol. Nope! All healthy levels. I know a very skinny person who was shocked to see her cholesterol reading made her like the walking dead and mine was very healthy.
Thank you thank you 🙏🏻
Either that or she has an eating disorder. I say that as someone who nearly died from one and is now recovered
National Registered Dietitian Day is March 12 🎉
yes, EXACTLY. the same goes with the calorie challenges or intuitive eating. as a person who has anorexia, it doesnt help. it makes me feel like once i will reach a certain weight i wont be able to gain any more weight and recover the “right way” without restrictions so that nobody comments on my portions or food choices. not in recovery right now, but thats definetley something i will struggle with and i am honestly just hoping that the weight gain will stop before a point where i am not a size small/medium anymore so that i can fully recover in peace. i am already stressing about it and i cant imagine how hard it must be for people that are anorexic or have a restrictive ed in bigger bodies. it honestly needs to change.
No doubt people would be hella critical of a woman of a larger size did this. Which is crazy to me because small or large this is just extremely unsettling to me. I don’t believe excess should be encouraged no matter your size.
