    Yes I had / have adhd for nearly 50 years ! And I am on a pure non artificial foods and drinks ! But how long does effects take to wear off !

      I think that information would be in the study where they had kids go on and off the additives. They had to have a timeframe in between the two parts of the trial to ensure it was a good test. The studies are linked on his website.
      Just a SWAG but it couldn’t be too long for the compounds/metabolites to be inactivated in the body.

    I wonder if this is related to the myth that sugar causes hyperactivity in children? If parents were noticing an actual effect, and sugar just wasn’t the cause.

    Isn’t it more important that our processed foods look bright and colorful? I mean, how are we going to know which product to pick if we take dyes out of the food?
    I’m kidding, of course. How tragic that we have allowed corporate profits to reign over human health.
