Crazy! I gave up coke over 4yrs ago but that is ridiculous.

Especially given the current cost of groceries.

I still have 2 Red bulls left, that sit in pantry because maybe one day I will want to drink them again or someone that comes over wants them. It’s okay to not want to consume something but they dint have to throw it out??
As someone who’s struggling to get over alcoholism, soda is my coping mechanism and replaces my urge for alcohol. Pretty awful to assume that soda is the worst thing someone can drink
With the poisons in them they’re right up there with the poison you used to drink. Honestly what helped me was sparkling water, idk why but it does. Especially if it’s like liquid death or Waterloo sparkling water, their mixed berry sparkling water is the bees knees.

Literally! Theonly time I’ve ever thrown out food from someone else’s pantry was my grandmother, who has dementia. She isn’t great at rotating ingredients in her pantry and we had an incident of a can exploding to reveal mold-covered pineapple rings. The rest of the family keeps a close eye on that for her now.

Literally throwing money away. Soda isn’t the most expensive thing in the world, but it isn’t cheap either, and it’s a comfort item. As a sober person, i look forward to unwinding with something bubbly that won’t land me back in the hospital. Let me live (and don’t destroy someone else’s property!)
