Upcoming webinar: The Best Way to Boost NAD+

NAD+ is an essential cofactor for hundreds of enzymes, including the purported anti-aging activities of sirtuins. Raising levels can extend lifespan and rejuvenate health in many animals. What about humans? The four main NAD+-boosting supplements on the market are nicotinamide riboside (NR), nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), nicotinic acid (NA), and nicotinamide (NAM). In this 2-hour webinar, I will cover the pros and cons of each one. I’ll also go over the other five––NAD, NADH, NMNH, NRH, and tryptophan––and discuss three ways to naturally boost NAD levels without supplements. Register here:

Everyone who registers for the webinar will receive the recording a few days after it takes place.

@@kittykat717 actually if you go through the sign up, you can watch for a minimum of $5.00, and at the end of the process I think about .45 is added for something… Sorry but can not remember what.
Often times the topic will be in future videos also.
I adore Dr G and read all his books, but I confess to finding the webinars challenging. He talks too fast for me! Good luck.
