  • @ingridsoderhielm8324 says:

Love that this doesn’t start with a body check!

  • @kyliessave8454 says:

Before y’all overreact, the mug is probably just a mug she already had.

  • @monicaparker4922 says:

This is so normal I love it! Most times WIEID is such a small amount of food, it’s unrealistic. This is normal, balanced, delicious, and pretty! And the late night cheese snack is reality!! Thank you!

  • @anonymous0340 says:

Wait wait wait Abbey what kind of puffins were those?! Don’t think I’ve seen that kind before 😮

  • @CarissaHelmer88 says:

Thanks for sharing. Looks like you have more than the recommended 22-25 grams of fiber, so what’s the need for the supplement, if you care to share?

    • @gracelynnrider4343 says:

I beleive its for her gut disorders/sibo that she’s struggled with in the past, but not 100% sure 🙂

    • @kittster2785 says:

She’s obsessed with 💩 and fibre reduces the absorption of calories, definitely an orthorexic behaviour.

  • @brooklynfears8052 says:

Hi Abby! I’m not sure if you have addressed this before, but if not, can you talk about the myths and truths regarding soy milk? I love it and I know it’s has lots of calcium, vitamin D and protein, but can you talk about how it affects women’s estrogen and other health concerns regarding soy? I’m vegetarian as well and eat a lot of soy protein. Can you address some of these concerns for us vegetarians a soy milk lovers?

    • @Reillyxdoll says:

Too much going on with that dinner doesn’t look appetizing. Also looks like way too much food portions throughout the day I’d be so sluggish but this is just for myself personally my own opinion of course. The quesadilla looks good though.

    • @Reillyxdoll says:

I think soy estrogen is a plant estrogen slightly different

    • @davidle3567 says:

She’s discussed it in some videos. It’s nothing to be concerned about

    • @timm285 says:

@@Reillyxdoll agreed. Dinner was all over the place

    • @user-if8rb8gc2m says:

I suffered a hormone disturbance due to the vaccine and was told to drink soy milk and eat more tofu to try and balance my hormones.

  • @alyssamonique4120 says:

Yum! I’ve been eating a lot of steamed tofu and Kimchi lately, do you like that? Also cer grade matcha ?

  • @marysoule9964 says:

    Protein powder recommendation

  • @wadly312 says:

I love you included the random craving for cheese at bed time. This could not be more relatable lol

  • @somes3cretcat says:

Are you from Toronto?? The streets look so similar to mines haha

  • @ellamapes6434 says:

Why do you take fibre supplements? Surely you should be getting enough naturally in your diet? Also – aren’t processed cereals bad for our gut microbiomes? No hate, I’ve just been reading Tim Spector’s nutrition book and he talks quite in detail about the ineffectiveness of supplements

  • @isleofwhispers5924 says:

These are really helpful cause they give me lots of new ideas for balanced dishes.

  • @chunkymonkey9097 says:

    boycott starbucks 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

  • @aliiigxrl1587 says:

what espresso machine do you use for your morning lattes? seeking recs, thanks! 🙂

  • @rachelk2457 says:

Trader Joe’s has this herb and spice popcorn that is so good. If you ever get a chances to go to your closest Trader Joe’s in the states. I highly recommend it. There’s also high protein baked oatmeal recipes out there with fruit added but I don’t recommend using a too powdery tasting protein powder for it.😊

  • @emilydurkee8664 says:

    Looks so good 🤌

  • @user-if8rb8gc2m says:

Yeh, lots of food here and snacks. I’m on a weightloss plan and have to do all this fasting, I’m not allowed to eat in the mornings or after dinner, and I get a maximum of one snack per day and coffee with milk counts as a snack. I’m not allowed much in the way of carbs either and that includes fruit and bread. She had 4 snacks so I’m so surprised.

  • @kayladannie says:

I love the random craving for a plate of cheese included at the end! Listening to your body in that way is so important and diet culture often tries to quiet the cravings but it’s your body trying to refuel whatever is lacking!

  • @thuggie1 says:

I put salt and white pepper on my popcorn that little, but of spice to the popcorn is really good. It’s also good with some national yeast on it to. Mmmmmmm
