I like the idea of adding protein powder to the nighttime slumber party drink. I always need more sleep AND muscle recovery π
Definitely some good stuff! However fruit smoothies tear down the fiber and will jack up a glucose spike/insulin. Maybe whole fruit with the protein shake instead for those insulin resistant?
