I used to have the same mentality of never having “cheat meals” but now I allow splurges. I just went out to eat at Pizza Hut this past weekend guilt free. I just went back to my regular diet afterwards and workout routine. I also make sure I am hydrated. Thank you for sharing your real life routine!

Just saw that you have a gut health ebook. I was trying to decide between the meal plans but I’m in gut testing with my doc for GI issues so I didn’t want to pick the regular then end up needing dairy-free, etc…and when I found the gut health ebook you put out I did a little dance.
