Girl I so understand the poor sleep habits. I work at 430 am and can’t get to sleep early to save my life.

    • @WilliamsPinch says:

I was the same and started with prescription sleep meds with give you the munchies lol.

    • @jeanniesjournal says:

Same!! I don’t work that early but if I don’t exercise early, I won’t for the day. I’m always tired but some of that is because I’m always working in some capacity. ❀

    • @ZannaTaylor says:

try magnesium glycinate an hour before your preferred bedtime. helped me immensely.

I eat a high fat low carb hypecarnive diet. I am 6 feet tall and lost 45 pounds. Right now my weight is between 190 and 200 with my weight depending on how active i am. I dont turn down food ppl cook for me or the food at a new restaurant experience. I already know i might get a few extra pounds, but when i get back to my home cooking i will go back to my stable weight.

BTW i dont exercise, but do like to walk since i dont have a car.

Thank you for sharing. I have lost 125 in the last 3 years and at plateau. I went on vacation in January gain about 5 pounds . I’m 5’3 and 179lbs. My next goal is 150. I liked what you said about not putting a time frame on it. That’s exactly what I did and did not make the goal; I felt so awful and was hard on myself. But what you shared really hit home with me and I know the Words and feelings I put in my own head can help or damage me. I carry a before picture with me always to remind me of how far I have come . One day at a time. All of us are worth the effort and energy to be the best version of ourselves. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.

You do realize, if you gain muscle, you gain weight. You look absolutely skinny, so don’t let the numbers fool you please.

Love your mindset during your journey .

  • @amy2284 says:

So good though to get that ugh feeling because if motivates us to work on it :). That’s why I love getting in the scale after vacay. I can’t work on something if I don’t face it. You got this Myra!❀

Mayra, I would love to be your weight at this moment. How tall are you? I’m 5’7 and as of this morning 214. I’ve been watching your videos all day being inspired getting back to basics. It’s literally been over 10 years that I’ve battled being over 200lbs. I’ve been pregnant a lot during that time but my baby is 3 and I have no more excuses. Thank you for your transparency. Long time viewer here sending you love.πŸ’—

Hi You have a great attitude. You also have a healthy way of eating. You’re doing great. I just found out about pancreas problems and I can’t eat things I’ve eaten all my life. I don’t eat meat or fish and only chicken breast a couple of times a year. No desserts or candy cookies chips french fries fast food . Pretty much vegetarian. My friend is at 4th stage pancreatic cancer. Being a couple of pounds over weight will be easy for you to handle. You’ve done so well, so far and you already know you can do it. Don’t ruin a fun and happy memory of your vacation by worrying about a few pounds. Rejoice in the good times you spend laughing and the nice food you had a chance to enjoy also. YOU’VE GOT THIS 😊

  • @froggergirl19 says:

I love that you do this. We all have felt certain types of ways about our weight. This shows me that you are human and allow yourself to endulge on vacations, but then are able to get back on track.

  • @MaggietheSubstituteTeacher says:

Thank you for sharing these real life updates!❀

  • @colletteschroeder8124 says:

You can do it don’t stress about it !

  • @reshandabaudy8610 says:

Thank you for the transparency. I enjoy vacation also and I stress about weight gain whenever I return. It’s always hard to get back on track, but you can do it!
Thank you again for taking us along on this journey with you!
Many prayers and blessings for you and your family!

Yes! Our real weight is standing on the scale naked. Sleep: most of my adult life I gone to bed after 12:30 and closer to 1 and I get about 5 hours sleep and function well, then one weekend night I’ll sleep in and get 8-9 hours. If I don’t to go to bed too early, I don’t wake up during the night. I sleep straight through. Too many of my friends have sleep issues, awakening multiple times a night. They all go to bed around 10. I believe they go to bed too early and think we each have to tune in to our own individual sleep needs and not force hours on ourselves. If you are not awakening exhausted, then accept your later sleep time. Love your helpful videos. Thank you.

I started following you years ago while on another diet plan. I’d lost a lot of weight and needed inspiration and healthy meal suggestions. I wasn’t interested in keto but loved your content. For the last 3 yrs I’ve need to lose my last 20lbs of stubborn belly fat and started considering keto but was so uncertain. The first 2 weeks I messed up every day and went to bed ashamed. I watched one of your videos and you said β€œit works”. So it told myself 30 days, give it 30 days. 3 consistent weeks in and I’ve lost 6 lbs and feel amazing!
