That sounds awful. I can’t even imagine putting myself through that when there’s nothing to back this up. It’s really sad to think this serves as someone’s “health advice “.
I heard on a short the other day – from a registered dietitian – that a few hours after eating blueberries the body experiences a “boost of cognition”… And I thought of you 😆 wtf does that even mean.
Ahhh I saw this today! She collabed with the dietitian who hawks $100 plates with lines painted on them 😂

One time I went on a fruit diet for a week because of something I saw on Tumblr. My mom did it with me. I didn’t get all the way but by day 4 not only was I insanely bloated and constipated the whole time but I got super sick for a month. Not worth it.

I tried an all fruit diet once, and was so jolly hungry all the time, and very very grumpy 😠
I would feel so ill. Yuck.
I done waterfasts for more than a week easily🤷 so i would imagine this to be very easy.
My mother had a period where she would only buy products with extra fibre for us. She bought the wholemeal version of everything. Not only were the cookies disgusting and unworthy of the calories, I also found out that it really is possible to eat too much fibre. You wouldn’t guess it from all the promotion that it gets, because it sounds like fibre is magic and more is allways better. Trust me. It is not. More fibre is often better, but not allways. The thing you actually need is the right balance.
