Magnesium glycinate makes my head hurt even in small doses

  • @hayesedwards4883 says:

Get tested to see if you are low in magnesium. You can suffer side effects like diarrhea if you are taking too much.

  • @Nof1LongevityQuest says:

What’s difference in magnesium and RBC magnesium in lab tests? Do magnesium levels change quickly or slowly? May latest magnesium was 2.0 and RBC magnesium was 5.7. According to Cronometer, I get 451% of my recommended intake and I take a supplement, but my levels don’t change a lot.

  • @fernandoacostaylara2586 says:

in the “I’m top 1 in the leaderboard” video some days ago you said you didn’t took magnesium, that you only took 5 other supplements. So… Are you taking magnesium or not?
Also do oxalates in almonds and pumpkin seeds affect absortion of mag?

    • @irachmaditya says:

I think he is not taking bc his diet is perfect but encourage people to take bc most people lack of Mg

    • @theancientsancients1769 says:

He said he was only taking few supplements yet 10 days ago talked about Taurine, so I’m confused

  • @campersruincod6134 says:

Magnesium, even when megadosed, didn’t really make me feel better. It wasn’t until I combined it with boron, that it did.

Boron helps redirect magnesium towards the bones, in a similar way that K2 helps redirect calcium towards the bones. This is ideal, as too much magnesium in the bloodstream result in most of it being excreted. The body pulls magnesium from the bones when needed, stocking up this store of bone magnesium is ideal.

    I love your intonation pattern.😂

    He has a beautiful mouth.

  • @user-cl7pm7zm3x says:

The best source of magnesium is whole grains, potatoes. Grains have more than 200 mg per 100 g and it’s easy to eat couple hundred grams a day whole saying pumpkin seeds are good source of magnesium is meaningless
