Creatine can be very hard on kidneys, i was born with only one so its a pass for me. My husband had to stop taking his as well because his kidney function was at 60%. Have to be careful!
I have heard that if you take creatine you need to drink lots of water. 😊
I keep forgetting to ask my dr about creatine, I noticed on my hubbys labwork report, he’s always low in Creatine, but nothing is ever said..

I recently had bariatric surgery and am down sixty pounds and still going. It’s toning and leaning out that’s been a struggle, aside with the new eating habits. I’m going to try these tips about strength training!
My creatine never dissolves. It stays chalky. I wonder if my sluggish digestive system will be able to utilize it properly. Does your protein contain artificial sweeteners? Is there maybe a plain one. I am hypersensitive. 👍
Oh interesting – I use Thorne for creatine and it dissolves for me when I use my Smooth Operator mixer. Our proteins are organic , non – gmo , GF, dairy free and soy free with no artificial sweeteners. We use a monk fruit and stevia blend and have lots for women like myself with super sensitive stomachs who love it for that reason! Give it a try! We have a great return policy if you don’t love it
I want to focus more on getting my steps in everyday. I go for daily walks on my lunch break at work but most days I still only end up with 3-5k steps a day and I want to get more. I am going to try and focus on 8-10k a day!
Once I committed to hour walks every day✴️ it happened without thinking or extra effort.

Mine is not a probiotic. It’s digestive enzymes and herbs so totally different than seed 🤍

Are you able to state what brands your go-to for the supplements? I use thorne for my creatine. I’ve been walking and strength training. I have lost 7 lbs since February, slow going….. thanks again for your videos 🎉❤❤🎉

I have been trying to get outside and walk around my neighborhood now that it’s nice outside (I live in SC). For a time I was focused on the carnivore diet but have added in some vegetables and potatoes and rice. I watch a woman who lives in Japan and shows off her healthy meals and she eats rice. I buy organic jasmine rice. I also don’t eat after a certain time at night. I end up feeling bloated and it interrupts my sleep.

@Maverickanddiana oh yeah makes sense! Kids need a lot less protein too. Peanut butter and whole grain bread eaten together is a complete protein
