  • Sam Elle says:

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE ASHLEY GRAHAM!!! She is hilarious and I love the positive messages she sends!!

    • Abbey Sharp says:

      Totally!

    • Anna Lohr says:

Yes and I feel like we watch so many of the same videos because I always see your comments! Do you have any channel recs that you love??

    • Niki says:

Of course no one should be ridiculed for their body shape but tbh Ashley isn’t promoting a healthy body at all. The fact is, she’s overweight with high BMI which translates to diabetes & heart disease.

    • Sam Elle says:

@Anna Lohr do you watch rebecca jane? I ABSOLUTELY ADORE HER (she has helped me in my ED recovery!!)

    • Anna Lohr says:

@Sam Elle I don’t, thank you for the rec!

  • Dee Kay says:

This is probably the most down to earth “What I eat in a day” on this channel.

  • Lauren Robinson says:

Not sure if you ever done this but a review of the common meal kit services actual nutrition (like hello fresh, blue apron, or every plate) would be so cool! I know they give nutrition cards but it would be great to learn about in an actual context!

  • Allyson RR says:

This was so refreshing. she didn’t seem to demonize certain foods or eat 7000 pounds of lettuce a day

  • EMP says:

Ashley Graham should describe all foods. Don’t even like apples, now I’m craving them. Loved this video!

  • Enrica Geminiani says:

As an Italian the cannoli+watermelon combination does sound pretty weird to me…never tried it though, so who knows 😀 also, Calabria is not a town but a region and cannoli are actually from Sicily

  • Alec Bona says:

I’ve always liked Ashley. She seems chill and down to earth.

  • gymchick76 says:

Who else wants Abbey to do a video where she tastes “weird food combos”? 🙋🏻

    • Abbey Sharp says:

      Great idea!

    • The Truth Hurts says:

Here’s one for you: rice, romaine lettuce or cabbage, fried salmon (flaked), corn, tomato sauce, and sriracha sauce. So yum!

    • xGLOWx says:

Bologna and cream cheese! Spread it on, roll it up, and slice it in rounds. My mom used to give it to us as a snack but everyone I’ve ever told has never tried it so idk, I guess it a a weird combo.

    • gymchick76 says:

xGLOWx yum! I used to eat that or sub ham for bologna rolled around pickles. Delish!

    • Quinn Park says:

@The Truth Hurts who thinks that’s weird?? that sounds amazing, I think I’ll try it lol

  • sarilove123 says:

Its an absolute joy hearing someone speak about food with such enthusiasm! Food is one of my pleasures in life and its great to hear Ashley talk about it with joy instead of as just “fuel” or something to struggle through to get a “healthy” body.

  • nadia rambles says:

I’m 25 and a big fan of the “early bird special.” And not for any sort of ‘weight loss purposes.. I just LOVE dinner and so I’m excited to have it earlier in the evening! 👵🏻

  • CelloAfterDark says:

I love the way she talks about food with genuine excitement and enjoyment! I am learning to understand (intuitively) what foods make me feel this way and it’s wonderful to see someone who is so in tune with herself

  • a smith says:

I cannot look at chocolate almonds without thinking about Kelly Ripa’s “treating” herself to a SINGLE chocolate almond 😂😂😂

  • Izzy Allinson says:

I love how non-judgemental this is!! So refreshing to see someone with actual knowledge give advice based on what we’re fed through the media! I love this!! 🤍

  • Leanne says:

The way Abbey said “single. chocolate. almond.” just made me laugh. She sounded so distressed! I’m with you. How could that be satisfying?

  • Elizabeth Shuler says:

Italy actually has AMAZING gluten free foods. I have Celiac and Italy was pure bliss for me. GF/DF pizza, GF pastry, GF pasta. All so, so good.

    • Patricia Leftwich says:

I can attest to this! I was blown away by the options. So grateful! (I also have Celiac).

  • Danni Magic Junk Drawer Tarot says:

Ashley definitely seems to enjoy food in the way she discussed everything- not like there was fear or shame behind it. I love that

  • Rachel K says:

My midwife specifically told me I could drink 4 cups of coffee as a nursing mom. Haters can suck it. Anyone who has gone through pregnancy knows how it feels to be treated like your body isn’t yours anymore. Anyone who doesn’t get that, isn’t entitled to an opinion, no matter how entitled they feel.

  • a sotm says:

I love this channel. I have binge eating disorder and this channel really helps me to get ideas for healthier choices and an overall healthier attitude towards food and eating because you are so wonderfully non-judgemental. I learn so much from you! Thank you!

  • Emuna Zamani says:

My nutritionist suggested that I follow this channel and I can see why. I love the way that she speaks to her viewers in a way that we can relate to, she doesn’t shake her professional finger at anyone but she does take the time to dispel myths. I love it here!

  • MMD says:

This is SO refreshing. Most of these “What I eat in a day” are so restrictive and sometime scream ED, but here is someone enjoying food and enjoying variety and trying to be healthy without being miserable. Really fun to listen to 🎉
