Earlier this week, I shared the crazy range of smoothie prices when you go out to eat and grab a smoothie. Even the least expensive option adds up quickly (and also won't help you achieve your weight loss or wellness goals). In today's video, I'm sharing my very simple, very inexpensive healthy smoothie recipe that can help you achieve your weight loss/wellness goal!

So good! Would love to see a video of some breakfast options for the days you don’t want a smoothie.
    Great content!!

  • Mark Blankenship says:

I started a Keto diet over a year ago and I’ve lost over a 130 pounds and I’m so happy to have found you now, since following you and implementing your nutrient timing I do feel even better. As for your smoothie recipe I like to keep my sugar intake lower, so I made it with blueberries and I used frozen avocados for a thickener and good fats plus the nutrients that you would get from a banana. Keep making your great videos.

  • Emily says:

Hoping you read this, Autumn! I’ve been seriously debating about going back to school (after 10 years) to study nutrition. I’m inspired by all the science-backed info in your videos, and I’m hoping to know more about your experience earning your degree!! Perhaps this gives you an idea for a future video? Don’t stop being awesome!

I’ve been thinking of sharing a video on my Nutrition schooling experience! I’ve gotten a TON of questions on my education and what I recommend. I may be coming out with a video on this! Stay tuned!!🤓❤️

I love your videos, so much good info. And I just have to say, you are such a natural beauty & it is SO refreshing to see a woman not layered under 20 products on YouTube!!! Nothing wrong with makeup but I feel like it’s rare these days to see someone as fresh faced as you 🙂 you’re glowing from the inside-out & I think that’s what health is really all about. Kudos!! Xo

Fun drinking game! Take a drink of your smoothie every time Autumn says “blood glucose levels” and enjoy 😂😋

Seriously though thank you so much for the recipe. I’m allergic to pineapple so I subbed it with strawberries. Delicious!

  • Citizen K says:

Hey Autumn, looks like an great recipe, gotta love a Pina Colada every now and again, and this being a healthy option & minus the alcohol is even better, but adding will adding pineapple knock me out of ketosis, I’m guessing it would?

  • Rodrigo Solis says:

Hello Autumn, I really like how informative your videos are. Great job. Quick question, what would be trade-offs, nutritionally speaking, of using cow’s milk instead of coconut milk?

  • Ram Batchu says:

Hey Autumn great video! What time of day do you recommend drinking this? Also how long does it last. I prefer to make larger batches so curious about that.

  • Joe Venuti says:

To answer your question at 8:20, YES in fact I will go back and watch you over and over and write down the ingredients because you are adorable. Also you have a LOT of energy! That chia really works!

  • Cynthia Carroll says:

I’ve been making this so much lately – it’s delicious and it helping me so much with my health/weight loss goals. THANK YOU!!!!!

  • Patrick Guillen says:

Hi Autumn, thank you for your videos they are very helpful and informative. Question: I have been doing an 18/6 IF and my first meal of the day is around 1 PM. At that time for a late lunch would you still consider this smoothie a good first meal? I look forward to your response and thank you again for what you are doing.

  • Tanja Robinson says:

Hi Autumn….LOVE your channel. I have learned so much!! Because of you I have started IF and have totally changed my eating. I am so loving my brekky bowl. I really want to start doing this fat burning smoothie. Would it be ok to add Greek yogurt to this recipe or would that be to much? Maybe omit the banana? Thank you!!

  • Julia the Editor says:

Hi Autumn. Love the information you’re sharing with us. Do you have any videos that outline what a typical day of food looks like with IF? I’m finding it difficult to know how much I should eat.

  • Jade Shewale says:

I tried this and it was crazy filling for me … I felt active for hours … I could feel my body thanking me for this…. Thank you so much for this smoothie …Love from India 🇮🇳

  • Nicole Giberson says:

I had this exact same smoothie this morning! Except swap the coconut milk for unsweetened almond milk. I added a cinnamon to it it was actually one of my favourite so far

  • Murielle Curcio says:

I made this smoothie using the less sugar option, and it is astonishingly filling. It is even a satisfying dinner meal. I generally fast until one or 2, eat a meal, then eat again in early evening. I might try having this smoothie as my Break-fast meal instead. I love your channel!

  • Heer Syal says:

Hi Autumn, I’ve been watching quite a few of your science-based videos that are helping me to understand why keto is the best choice for me, as I start out on my weight loss journey. Thanks for simplifying all the science! From a keto virgin, I must say I wouldn’t mind ‘a hint of hemp seeds’ in anything I eat or drink! Thanks!

  • merin glennon says:

You can also swap the banana (or cauliflower) for zucchini or yellow squash — which I buy anytime they are on the daily discount cart and keep in my freezer (after cleaning and cutting in to chunks).

  • Sarah Beveridge says:

I made it with blueberries, a great smoothie! BTW Walmart now carries all these items in the baking aisle, organic chia seeds, flax seeds whole and ground, hemp hearts (seeds), and so much more. No need to wait to get your ingredients or spend tons of money, or pay shipping.

  • Jackie Edwards says:

OMG! Thank you for this recipe! I am a member of Thrive Market and LOVE them! I just started a weight loss and wellness journey and have been enjoying chis seed pudding. I have all the ingredients for “N’oatmeal” headed my way and can’t wait to get that going! I really like the idea of using hemp hearts in my smoothies so I can stop buying the protein powders. Love your channel!
