I wouldn’t call a sweetpotato a real source of fiber tbh
Why not? It has more fiber than broccoli, cabbage, spinach etc. with 3grams in a hundred grams, which is not groundbreaking but it’s an easy swap (instead of regular potato which has 3 times less) to incorporate in your day to make your meals more fiber rich
Not a single green in sight lol
The sweet potato ground beef bowl was begging for some avocado at least! Maybe lime cilantro crema and hot sauce?!
I have an issue with proteins. If i have red meat, i can have a reasonable amount and be full. I cannot eat turkey, fish or pork for allergy reasons. Chicken… i am never satisfied. But i have a serious messed up and lacking diet as i continue figuring out what either triggers the ibs, inflammation or allergy responses. (no medical coverage for proper medical assistance)
Skyr isn’t greek yogurt. It’s technically curds. – greetings from Iceland 👋
But no greens at all🧐
