What are good protein bars ? I honestly don’t know which to choose. Do you recommend running late breakfast or before gym?
Not a doctor or dietician – but I do really enjoy the Go Macro bars! The flavor “smooth sanctuary” (which is chocolate with peanut butter chips!) is the best tasting protein bar I’ve ever tried and they always keep me nice and full!
Bareballs has a lot of great flavors too!
Get a protein bar with something crunchy in it, either from nuts or protein crisps; otherwise the texture of protein bars gets monotonous. I like the Kind peanut protein bar or Mezcla bars (especially the cocoa peanut butter).
The Mezcla ones are so good! @@StanfordChiou
Do you have a video on preworkout meals/snacks?? I’ve been upping the intensity of my workouts lately and I think I’m not fueling right 😥
Yessss, i struggle so much because it either too much food or not enough. I haven’t found te balance yet
I remember when I used to go to pineapple studios in Central London in about 2005. All the professional or semi professional classes were either doing insane moves in a studio, or outside smoking as they said it curbed their hunger.
Thank you for dispelling the myth that ballerina ‘s all starve themselves and have eating disorders. Its sad because they are truly gifted athletes and artists.
You have to recognize the prevalence of disordered eating in ballet. Not all ballet students or professionals have eating disorders but the percentage of them compared to population at large prices that ballet culture is not conducive to healthy body image.
You can be a truly gifted athlete and artist and still have disorder eating, which a lot of them do because it’s often encouraged in the ballet space. Just like with modeling. Not every model has an eating disorder, but many do because of the nature of the industry they work in.
Do you have a video on the different greens powders? I’ve been taking bloom on and off for a couple of years and I’m curious to know which one, if any, has the best effect.
Bloom greens does not have scientifically backed and transparent ingredients unfortunately. it doesn’t even tell you what kind of probiotics is in it because of their “proprietary blend” description. if you look up “bloom greens controversy” you’ll find some sources to support this as well as better alternatives if you’re looking for a probiotic greens supplement.
They’re never going to do have the same effect as real vegetables. Have you ever tried a pre-chopped supermarket pack?
I do intermittent fasting, I only eat between the hours of 11am and 7pm, and I don’t hardly eat any processed foods. I stick with meats of all kinds, all vegetables and fruits, all nuts and seeds, all beans/lentils/legumes. I make my own sourdough bread, homemade tortillas, homemade banana nice creams and homemade popsicles, and I make my own dips/sauces and condiments. Absolutely zero added sugar and fake sugar. Everything’s natural.
sounds exhausting 😭 also what does this have to do with the video
@@annatj. lol it doesn’t really have anything to do with the video hahah we’re all talking about our diets in the comments. It’s really not exhausting, when you eat like this you have more energy to do those things. It’s not for everyone but it works for me
Are you looking for validation or something?
@@Elizabeth-pj8zs oh jeez I make a comment about what I eat like everyone else is on mad you’re gonna have attitude about it? Think what you want 🙄 and give me a break
@@hardearnedliving5907 hey you do you!
Please review Sam Suleks diet, I wonder what you have to say about his eating habits 😅
So Abbey, AG1 is more beneficial than Bloom you would say?
When I was a dancer, not ballerina, the ballet girls smoked cigarettes and drank Diet Coke all day to curb hunger. Anxiously wrapping their fingers around their rib cages all day to feel if they were bony enough. It was encouraged. That was 20 years ago, was the same when my mom was a dancer 20 years prior, can’t imagine much has changed
Ballet is genuinely brutal. I used to go to a studio in Central London, and they were all constantly smoking between classes. There was a really weird balance of having the energy to go high into the air, or do all sorts of acrobatic moves to perfection, but always being on the brink of collapse from not eating enough. A lot of them would quite openly talk about all manner of appetite suppressants and low calories energy tricks (both legal and illegal) as competition was so fierce.
It seemed so unfair that there would be so much sacrifice for a style of dance that would spit them out by 35, 40 max, and that most would never be paid more than the barely-above-minimum-wage pay for their efforts.
Your skin looks perfect. Do you use a filter?
Finally, an influencer who agrees that bloom isn’t all that great 👍🏼
Event insurance is important. I learned about it in school. It saves ur butt from a lawsuit off one of your guests breaks something from the venue or gets hurt. I was at a wedding where someone slipped in spilled wine and landed hard on their back. No one knew that was going to happen but insurance will cover ur booty so they can’t sue you.
Pretty jacket Abby
What greens products do you recommend? I know I don’t get enough veg 😅
What green powders would you recommend. I really try to get all the veggies and fruit I need through whole food but it can be tough and i would love a quick drink to fill in any deficiencies especially one that has added benefits like:pro/pre biotic, digestive enzymes, etc
“Vegan ranch” but it was caesar 😅
What is your favorite green? Looking for one and have no idea what to get and do not want to jump on the AG1 bandwagon just because it’s there and everyone promotes it. Thank you in advance; love your channel. Cindy
Where did you get this tweed jacket from?
I would really like if you could react to quiner sisters, I would really like to hear your opinion on them!
