Hell no it’s not sustainable. Im eating the rolls with cinnamon butter at Texas Roadhouse everytime. Im here for a good time, not a long timeπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

For me it is as my body outright told me that it is allergic to dairy. I learned about all the alternatives as you have no choice. Of course, we are often ignored and have to rely on vegans just get those alternatives. Our yogurt is still hard to find and full of sugar. 😒

    • @mse_noelleq says:

Coco June is an amazing brand!

    • @natalieeubank4533 says:

Wrong wrong and wrong again there are amazing alternatives out now more then ever! Too good has a lactose free brand of yogurt, you can make dairy free milk very easily also

  • @jesssealey6552 says:

Any future plans for some cooking with Abbey while she debunks diet culture myths? They were fun and calming chaos 😊

  • @katelynnkennison5088 says:

One of my go to breakfasts lately is a 1-1 ratio large egg and egg white on top of a tomato basil rice cake. I normally have two of those and some sort of fruit on the side. With a soy latte/coffee or some sort of protein coffee! It hits my 30g of protein goal for breakfast while I am training for a half marathon. Gets me full with the fiber from the fruit and satisfied from the fats and protein from eggs and the carbs from the rice cakes and the fruit give me the energy I need for my runs! 😊 I’ve learned so much from you abbey!

  • @lilyhydrangias says:

i loveee sweet potato fries genuinely

  • @1989gem says:

When ever I hear, or see anything about rice cakes, I just think of the Simpson’s, when Homer adds loads of unhealthy toppings and says β€œmmm and only 35 calories” πŸ˜†

  • @Blula says:
