I vote to bring back the treadmill!

  • @darkdaylightnight6179 says:

    Woohoo!

  • @ajm3821 says:

Yes. Very dizzy with that treadmill!

  • @christianthomsen7046 says:

A vegan diet may lack certain essential nutrients such as vitamin B12, iron, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, and protein. It’s crucial to carefully plan your diet to ensure you get all necessary nutrients.

    • @pattidoyle5102 says:

This is actually for every diet or lifestyle. Many non-vegan diets don’t supply enough fiber. I agree with you, no matter which diet you choose, be responsible and evaluate your nutritional intake. I have found a whole food plant based vegan diet to be perfect for me. I enter my food into Chronometer and find I hit my nutrient goals easily. I do supplement B 12 daily.

    • @ThomNeale says:

True, B12 is common among non-vegans as well.

  • @garybaldwin8534 says:

Why do you have to talk so fast? Do you really think people can understand what you’re saying when you talk that fast. I certainly can’t understand half of what you’re saying.

  • @osoniye4209 says:

Dr Rogers as a more radical version of you, that is hilarious! A kernel of truth there! Yes google him. He’s a radiologist with some really good content.

  • @AstraVex says:

I’ll have you know, Dr Greger, that most adults are indeed CHALK-DEFICIENT! 😂😂😂

  • @wendellas3420 says:

I listened to this ..60 years old .. no prescriptions while eating a steak !!

    • @patrickabde says:

Thats not the achievement you think it is.

    • @shannonmcglumphy5967 says:

We’ve all heard about the occasional 95 year olds who smoke and drink whiskey, but then there are all the people that do get the expected cancer, cirrhosis, pancreatitis, etc. Which is why anecdotes are not good evidence.

  • @tenapit says:

Bring back the treadmill. People can not look at the screen 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

  • @M.I.R.K.A says:

Oh it seems you convinced them about publishing the fighting cancer book, kudos!

  • @cynthiaalbrecht1804 says:

Bring back the treadmill. If someone gets motion sickness, they can just listen and not watch.

  • @gregmeissner9960 says:

Why have you recommended calcium fortified plant milks if the fortifying ingredient is the same thing that you warn against taking in capsule form? (How is taking a calcium carbonate pill with a meal different from drinking soy milk fortified with calcium carbonate?)

  • @AndrewPawley11 says:

    I love these podcasts!

  • @himono0nna says:

    Another great Q&A!

  • @slydog7131 says:

Walnuts worked well because I enjoyed a small handful, but the aftertaste would make me stop before I went overboard. I used to pick walnuts when I was in high school. After a day of picking the nuts would stain my hands which would last for weeks. After starting to eat walnuts, they stained my teeth the same way. I had to get aggressive with an electric toothbrush to mostly take care of that. I stopped eating walnuts.

  • @paulcohen6727 says:

Beans don’t hurt my kidney’s; they hurt my social life. Instead of taking “bean enzyme pills,” I recently tried soaking my beans overnight in water with the contents of a beano capsule in it. It seemed to help somewhat. Next, I’ll try to rinse the bean cooking water three more times, once after each 15 minutes of cooking.

Are there any studies on food and Lupus
