These zucchini fritters are crispy on the outside and light and tender in the middle. They take on any flavor you pair them with, in this case fresh and aromatic, coming from the green onions and chives. This zucchini fritters recipe is vegan (dairy-free, egg-free), grain-free (gluten-free), soy-free, nut-free, and refined sugar-free.

    Good afternoon

  • @ChristianLove7 says:

Question: Can you use any other flour?

    • @NutritionRefined says:

Yes, but it would need to be a type of flour with binding properties. Regular wheat flour, for instance, would work. Almond flour, on the other hand, would not, unless you added a binding agent, such as flax seeds.

tastes great- love variety of spices and i add ess oils

  • @blessingsoutlaw says:

Thanks so much! Do you think they would cook well in an air fryer?

    • @sagel4940 says:

      Good question!

    • @NutritionRefined says:

Yes, definitely! I use parchment paper liners and air fry the zucchini fritters at 360°F (182°C) until golden brown and crispy on both sides, typically for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

I’ve recently been trying to find a healthy way to enjoy zucchini since they’re so good for me, even though I’m not a big fan. This video is perfect—what a great idea! Thank you so much! 🥰💕🙏

  • @connie6410 says:

I’m glad you showed the option of having the juices in because that would be my choice and they look so delicious! I’m excited to try them, thank you 🥰

  • @alynawatersmusic says:

    These look delicious! 😋

  • @dumitriudaniela says:

oooh! i was so keen to watch this one but i cant eat chickpea. Is there a substitute for it? thank you

    • @NutritionRefined says:

Chickpea flour is quite unique in that it has binding properties. I imagine that regular wheat flour would also work. If you wanted to keep it gluten-free, using flaxseed meal as the binding agent would probably be the best solution. I haven’t tried it, though.

    • @dumitriudaniela says:

@@NutritionRefined thank you very much. I cant eat grains either so ill try flaxseed flour.

  • @mikeskylark1594 says:
